SSUS has initiated activities on equality through gender components with the women employment, empowerment and wage distribution for work. Not only that, SSUS is trying to maintain rights in social justice, education, health of adults emphasizing women. The organization has introduced family law and land rights within the family members. Good governance is also established in all sectors like family, groups, Community and society through intervention of advocacy, lobbying and legal support.
