Bangladesh is a densely populated Country, but people of Bangladesh are not resources due to illiteracy, non-skill and inexperience. They need to be developed as human resource. SSUS has initiated the component of human resource development through its own infrastructure and expertise. To feed this component motivation, training, pre-vocational education, workshop, rally, video-show, IEC material development and distributions are continuing by SSUS.
