Md. Azad Mia, Chairman, MBA (Management) from Darul Ihsan University, Dhaka, 2001

Expertise: Overall administration, Office management, project planning, designing, costing and its implementation of the project activities. Management of financial activities including budget approval, Job creation and attachment, Leadership development, IGA, Communication methodologies, Development of Training material, manual, module etc. Strong liaison with the GOB, NGO, POs, PVDOs, Local and Foreign Donor agencies and other related person. Organized and conducted training, seminar, workshop, symposium, preparatory activities of conference including direct implementation of Projects of different types. Md. Shafiul Islam, Socio-economic Expert, MA in Psychology from University of Dhaka, 1999

Expertise: More than 18 years of working experience in the development sector including capacity building, Project Planning, implementation, and reviewing (monitoring and evaluation). Mr. Shafiul earned significant expertise on training delivery, Log frame analysis and development, data planning, and developing Monitoring, Evaluation (M&E) system and Framework, research design and conduction for development projects throughout my work with different government and non- government (both National and International) organizations such as DFID, World Bank, Embassy of the Kingdom of Netherlands (EKN), DANIDA, SDC and Save the Children International. Mr. Shafiul has capacity to conduct social research and field studies and using statistical software (SPSS) for quantitative data analysis and presentation. Mr. Shafiul organized and facilitated numbers of training and orientation sessions for capacity building of M&E professionals. Mr. Shafiul is well acquainted with various law and policies of Bangladesh and have in-depth understanding on human rights and governance situation of Bangladesh.
