Mr. Shafiul earned significant expertise on training delivery, Log frame analysis and development, data planning, and developing Monitoring, Evaluation (M&E) system and Framework, research design and conduction for development projects throughout my work with different government and non- government (both National and International) organizations such as DFID, World Bank, Embassy of the Kingdom of Netherlands (EKN), DANIDA, SDC and Save the Children International. Mr. Shafiul has capacity to conduct social research and field studies and using statistical software (SPSS) for quantitative data analysis and presentation.
